Return Condition

  1. If your product is defective/damaged or incorrect/incomplete at the time of delivery, please contact with us within the applicable return window. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. Please see the detailed terms of the specific item.
  2. Please note that no products are eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”
  3. Please note that we do not accept any return for “Change of Mind” unless the seller states otherwise.

If your returned item and it satisfies all conditions to claim a refund, then you can ask for a refund. Cocoalab offers a refund in the following ways:

  1. Credit Card/Debit Card Refund: Refund through Credit Card or Debit Card refund requires 10-12 working days from the day it has been initiated. The refund method is only applicable if you have used the same method for payment.
  2. Bank Refund: Bank refund requires 7-10 working days from the day it has been initiated. For this method, you need to provide specific bank account information. If any information mismatch happens and refund procedure fails due to such reason, Dealme will not be liable for further delay.
  3. bKash Refund: bKash Refund requires 3-5 working days from the day it has been initiated. You need to provide specific bank account information. If any information mismatch happens and refund procedure fails due to such reason, Dealme will not be liable for further delay.
